African Safari Experience 

Day 1: You will be picked up from Livingstone Airport in Zambia for a meet-and-greet opportunity with the African Safari Experience team. You will have plenty of time to settle in and relax after your long flight.

 

Day 2: Get ready to cross the border to Zimbabwe for an exciting visit to the mighty Victoria Falls from Zimbabwe! After you have absorbed it from there, you will go back to Livingstone to check it out from that side.

 

Day 3: With an early morning start, you will enjoy your first game drive and a short walking safari to see the only white rhinos left in Zambia. In the evening you will enjoy the stunning sunset on one of Livingstone’s famous Zambezi river cruises.

 

Days 4-5: With another early morning start, you will cross the border to Botswana to visit the Chobe National Park.  For two days you will enjoy several game drives and a boat cruise to view animals like elephants, lions, and more.

 

Day 6: For this day, you can have a more leisurely start to either explore Livingstone town or visit the reptile park to see crocodiles and snakes.

 

Day 7: After catching a flight from Livingstone Airport to Lusaka, you will continue your adventure to South Luangwa National Park.

 

Days 8-9-10: You will spend these days on a quest for a leopard or cheetah sighting in South Luangwa Park.  Enjoy the amazing scenery and sunsets while relaxing at your lodge.

 

Day 11: You will take this time to travel back to Livingstone.

 

Days 12-13: For these days you can continue your exploration of Livingstone, immerse yourself in the Zambia culture with a visit to a local village, and try local food. For the traveler hoping for some mementos of a wonderful trip, you will have opportunities to buy souvenirs at the local craft market to support local artisans.

 

Day 14: You will have breakfast, pack, bid reluctant farewells, and be transferred back to Livingstone Airport.
