Situated at the heart of Livingstone, New Fairmount Hotel & Casino boasts 110 state-of-the-art en-suite bedrooms, 6 pioneering conference centers, an outdoor swimming pool, an alfresco restaurant acclaimed for its Indo-Chinese cuisine, open-air lounge bar, and the finest nightclub that the city has to offer. Our building, locally nicknamed ‘The White House’ due to its substantial Moorish size, design, and characteristic whitewashed exterior at the city's center lives as Livingstone’s most historic Hotel. Originally serving as the city’s focal meeting point throughout the colonial era.

Meetings​

We offer six separate conference facilities at the heart of Livingstone’s Central Business District.
Our Kaunda Conference Hall accommodates approximately 290 delegates; Mandela Conference Hall up to 100 delegates and Njinsky Conference Hall up to 80 delegates. Amongst two further conference halls, we offer a state-of-the art Executive Boardroom seating a capacity of 20 delegates.
Our Boardroom is ideal for executive board meetings and/or private discussion; it is situated in undisclosed private locations that shift across the Hotel per meeting. It is fully furnished, equipped with bookshelves and a mini-library.
